MINI FACELIFT PROCEDURE:
Typically local anesthesia is used - as well as shorter incisions. These are made within the lower eyelids, at the temples well hidden in the hairline and/or under the upper lip. Dr. Cole works through the incisions to reposition, tighten and elevate tissues and remove small amounts of skin if required. Some swelling and bruising is normal and to be expected. You will need to sleep elevated (2-3 pillows) for several nights to help manage swelling and discomfort. Oral pain medication is also given to easily manage discomfort.

Can I Drive Myself To And From Surgery?
NO. You must have a responsible adult drive you, stay with you and then stay with you for a few days as you recover.
What About Exercise And Daily Activities?
You will need to restrict your activities for about 3 weeks and avoid all strenuous activity until told otherwise.
Will Insurance Pay For Mini Facelift?
NO. Insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures unless it is proven medically necessary. Financing is available today for cosmetic procedures. Ask about it in our business office.
